5. Service Fees, Payments & Billing

Deposits

Late Payments

If payment deadlines are missed, Global Careers may pause services until dues are cleared.

Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
  • Refunds for full services are granted only in specific situations stated in the agreement or invoice.
  • Fees paid to third parties (test bodies, universities, visa offices) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Each client receives an invoice with a clear breakdown of refund/ cancellation terms for transparency.

6. Cancellation or Withdrawal

If you choose to cancel your service, notify us by email with your:

  • Full name
  • Invoice number
  • Cancellation reason

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and advise you on any applicable fees or remaining obligations.

7. Your Responsibilities

To ensure smooth processing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Supply required documents within suggested timelines
  • Notify us of any changes in your profile or circumstances

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements caused by incomplete, incorrect, or withheld information.
